This award is for a front of house member of a hotel or venue staff team. Intended to recognise outstanding attitude to, and delivery of, the highest standards of customer service.
- Applications will be accepted from organisations who would like to nominate a UK based member of staff working within a front of house team.
- Applicants can be front of house, reception, welcome staff, concierge and or security staff.
- Applications will be accepted for individuals only.
- Self-nominations will not be considered.
- Nominations should include a minimum of three reasons why the nominee deserves to receive this award and very importantly these should indicate what elevates this individual from their peers. Also illustrate how the individual consistently has such a positive impact on the customer experience.
- Maximum word count – 1000 words.
Nominations should include supporting evidence which could include (but not limited to), three clear reasons, client testimonials, references or case studies.
