This award is for a front of house member of a hotel or venue staff team. Intended to recognise outstanding attitude to, and delivery of, the highest standards of customer service.
- Applications will be accepted from individuals or organisations who would like to nominate a UK based individual working within a front of house team.
- Applicants can be front of house, reception, welcome staff, concierge and or security staff.
- Applications will be accepted for individuals only.
- Nominations should include a minimum of three reasons why the nominee deserves to receive this award and very importantly these should indicate what elevates this individual from their peers.
- The submission should illustrate how the individual consistently has such a positive impact on the customer experience.
- Word count – maximum of 1000 words.
- Self -nominations will not be considered.
Applicants must include supporting evidence which could include (but not limited to), client testimonial or references . Shortlisted nominees will be invited to a face to face interview with one or more of the judging panel.
