- The nominated venue must be in the UK.
- Nominees need to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- Nominees need to demonstrate the benefits to clients and delegates in terms of the product offer, technology, accessibility, flexibility and sustainability.
Nominees should include supporting evidence which could include (but not limited to), client testimonials, references, case studies, Net Promotor Scores, repeat business percentages.
